What do ColdMerge plans cost?

ColdMerge subscriptions are priced by connected inbox capacity. Go to Settings > Billing to see your current plan and standing.

Yearly billing charges the price of 10 months for 12 months of service. Prices exclude any tax Stripe adds at checkout.
ColdMerge emails the workspace owner 7 days before a yearly renewal. The notice shows the renewal date, price, and card Stripe would charge. Monthly renewals do not send this reminder.

Read your billing status
Section titled “Read your billing status”The Plan panel can show these status pills:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| No plan | You can set up the workspace, but cannot send campaign email. |
| Trial | The free trial is active. |
| Active | The paid subscription is active. |
| Payment past due | A payment failed and the account is in its grace period. |
| Lapsed | Sending is paused because the subscription ended. |
| Beta access | The workspace has been granted access without a public plan. |
The panel also shows the current plan, included inboxes, renewal or end date, and whether the workspace is in good standing.
