Past Growth, price is set by how many mailboxes you connect, on a graduated curve. The more you run, the less each mailbox costs: from $4.00 per mailbox at 11 down to $2.30 per mailbox at 100. Adding a mailbox never lowers your bill. Custom includes everything in Growth, custom tracking domain included.
